Tim Tebow (Jacksonville, Fla.) threw for a career-high 338 yards and three touchdowns in the No. 14 Gators' 59-20 victory over Florida Atlantic on Saturday. Tebow became the only player in NCAA history to rush for more than 20 touchdowns and pass for more than 20 touchdowns in a season.

In Jim Tressel's tenure Ohio State has been a regular at the Fiesta Bowl in Arizona, so one would assume that it was only a matter of time before a top prospect listed the Buckeyes as their childhood favorite. 2009 prospect Corey Adams, who will be rated as one of the top defensive players in the country, is such a prospect and he now holds an OSU official offer.

The Florida Gators had a number of things they hoped to get done in their game with Florida Atlantic and for the most part they were successful. The Gators continued their prodigious offensive production reaching the end zone pretty much every time a drive didn’t die from a self-inflicted wound. They stayed healthy throughout the afternoon and picked up their eighth win to maintain momentum.
