Telfort shows off during spring game
After enduring a season in which a teammate died and a pregame brawl that resulted in a number of teammates ejected from the first game of the state playoffs, spring football is a very welcome sight for Frankie Telfort of Miami’s Gulliver Prep. Thanks to a season to forget, Telfort and his teammates are motivated to make 2008 a season to remember.

Laying the foundation starts this weekend
One of the pillars in Urban Meyer’s recruiting philosophy is to start building relationships with the kids who will end up Gators long before they make it to campus. It makes sense. If you have a relationship with a kid for six months, a year, or even two years, they are far less likely to bolt at the first sign of adversity than a kid who the coaching staff simply didn‘t get to know.
