GC Caravan - next stop: Jacksonville
The inaugural Gator Country Caravan began last Friday at Gator Landing in East Palatka. We would like to thank everyone for coming out and making it such a success. It was great to see so many old and new faces. Those that attended got to hear the news about Dorian Monroe directly from Hollywood Bob before it hit the information superhighway. A special thanks goes out to Wally Hough and Frank Oliver for hosting the event.

Carter will take old-fashioned route
The latest and hottest recruiting trend might be the early commitment but Michael Carter is a bit old fashioned. Rather than get his final decision out of the way in the summer before his senior year, the Pompano Beach Ely cornerback is taking his time and letting the whole recruiting process play itself out. That means taking all his official visits in the fall and making a decision in January.
